MCM Deco-Tel Executive Hidden Rotary Phone Wood-Style Box with Dog Hunting Scene- Untested

When I opened the box, I did not know what I was expecting, but it certainly was not a phone! My next thought was, I wonder if my teenagers would be on the phone so much if this was the phone. …Postscript, they didn’t even know how to use a rotary phone!

Deco-Tel style rotary GTE phone. Top is a marbleized plastic scene of a hunting dog retrieving a bird. Cosmetically, the case is in great shape with a few minor nicks. The box is a plastic molded to look like wood. Inside cover is loose, but I think that can be fixed with a bit of glue.

Tag on the back says, ‘Serial number 613475. Property of General Telephone System.’
Approximately 10.5’x 8” x 5.25”
Although the rotary dial works fine, I have not tested it to see if calls can still be made, but have no reason to think it would not still work.
