Antique Cast Iron Boat Tail Racer or Vintage Reproduction - You Choose

For your consideration is a black cast iron 1 boat tail racer or a vintage red reproduction. (I have posted them together so that you can see the differences.) This rustic cast iron race car is perfect for the race car enthusiast. One (or both) would be the perfect accent for your farmhouse decor and makes a heartfelt gift for dad, grandpa or brother.

Choose from:
Black racer is approximately 5.25” long, 1.75” wide and 2 ⅝” tall. Weighs 12.4 oz. Note the flat head screw holding it together.
Red vintage reproduction is approximately 5 1/8” long, 1.75” wide and 2.5” tall. Weighs 9.8 oz. Note the Phillips head screw holding it together.
Both roll easily and show wear/tear and light rust commiserate with age.

I have seen these racers attributed to A.C.Williams in other listings, but I have not been able to verify that.

Most items in my shop are vintage and are not brand new and come from estate sales. The items may show minor age-related wear and/or minor flaws consistent with the date of manufacture (please be sure to check photos carefully as they are part of the description). I do my best to describe any imperfections. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

ETSY usually charges for individual packages when calculating shipping. If you purchase more than 1 item, I will refund any overpaid postage when shipped. Thank you for looking.
