A beautiful dish ready to hold trinkets, candles, or plants.
The pattern was originally McKee's No. 219 St. Cloud. L.E. Smith got a lot of old McKee molds in the 1950s or so and reproduced a number of patterns, including this one. I believe Smith also called it St. Cloud. Here is the listing for the original. https://www.eapgs.net/full-images.php?idx=100077&pat=8820
