Approximately 5” long
Stamped on the back “Holland” and “cardinal hat” and “HH 90” - Mark for silver-plated objects. Bonnet or cardinal's hat, HH with a dot on either side in hexagon, and 90. This number is a measure of the thickness of the layer of silver that has been applied.
Hendrick Hooijkaas's hallmark for silver plate is HH90: Hendrik Hooijkaas was a silversmith from the Netherlands who often made souvenir spoons for other countries. HH with a dot on either side in hexagon. In use from September 19, 1924 to January 1, 1943.
