1940s Carborundum Niagara Fall Sharpening Stone on Green Wood Handle - Knife Sharpener

Carborundum sharpening stone on green wood handle with the remnants of Chief head logo. No. 66 Knife Sharpener (Carborundum Niagara Falls). Measures 7 1/4" long. The stone itself measures approximately 3" long and 1 1/4" wide at widest part. Carborundum is stamped into the metal ferrule as well. In good condition with general use wear on handle, bits of the logo transfer are missing, some scratches and dips from use on the stone.

Most items in my shop are vintage and are not brand new and come from estate sales. The items may show minor age-related wear and/or minor flaws consistent with the date of manufacture (please be sure to check photos carefully as they are part of the description).
