The plates are designed with a section to hold the cup and another section that would have held a cigarette. Don't smoke? Use that section for butter or condiments.
Plates are made of heavy pressed beaded and ribbed glass and can be used beautifully for so many events - soirees, showers, brunches, card parties, luncheons or bakery plates! The pieces look brand new, though there are some imperfections here and there in the glass that were introduced during its manufacture.

Oval plates are approximately 10.25” long and 5.25” wide
Cups are 2 ⅜” tall, 3.25” wide, and 4” long including handle.
