1770s Worcester Porcelain Teacup and Saucer with floral and ivy design and edged with gold gild scallops. This stunningly beautiful and rare tea cup truly belongs in a museum. The violet in the inside of the cup is a little worn. The rest of the paint and gild has very little wear.
Teacup: 3” tall and 3.5” long with handle. No chips or cracks.

Saucer: 5 ⅛” Wide and 1” deep. Tiny chip/fleabite in rim (see pictures)
I am not an expert, but references to this mark (including from Christie’s Auction House) call it Worcester Porcelain circa 1770s) with a crossed swords mark. Interestingly, I have seen the other symbol called a 6, G, or 9, on different reputable sites. Another teacup with this pseudo-Meissen mark on a separate fine art/antiques auction site was said to have been decorated in the atelier of James Giles
