1940s Cockatiel Pottery Figurine

A beautiful teal and pink cockatiel perched on a branch. The maker of this lovely little piece is a mystery, but its quality and finish remind me of Roseville Pottery pieces and so I think it is from the 1930s or 1940s. Perfect for the collector, bird lover or accent to your home decor, whether your style is MCM, shabby chic, farmhouse, country, romantic, bohemian, cottagecore, nanna chic, or ????

Approximately 4 5/8” tall, 2.25” long, and 1.5” wide.
I noted a small chip at the base at the back and I am not sure if the crest had been chipped and repaired of that is how it was manufactured.
