Portieux Vallerysthal French Opaline Wine Glasses | Sold Individually

Elegant robins egg blue opaline wine goblet made by Portieux Vallerysthal which is a work of art. As with all Vallerysthal Portieux colored glass pieces, the lighter robin's egg color is almost unique to them and the most collected and admired color. It is an aqua turquoise which was created by using additions of copper oxide to the batch of crystal with varying amounts of other non-metallic elements. These glasses have a timeless beauty that will grace your home and table, whether your style is MCM, shabby chic, farmhouse, country, romantic, modern, bohemian, Cottagecore, Nanna chic, Victorian, rustic, or ????

Each glass is hand blown and therefore unique with minor variation in color, etc. 9 available and being sold separately. See pictures for details.
Glass #1 is the lightest blue.
Glass #5 has a dark thin line on the inner rim.
Glass #7 has a bit of a swirl pattern in the base.
Glass #9 has a small chip in the rim that likely can be ground out

The paper label in the 19” apothecary (available in a separate listing) from the same estate sale leads me to believe that these glasses are from the 1950s-60s.

Most items in my shop are vintage and are not brand new and come from estate sales.
