Antique Cast Iron Dante Alighieri Art Deco Bookends #551

Beautiful cast iron bookends painted a gold tone and featuring Dante Alighieri. On one, his head covering is colored red and the other blue. The felt is faded and worn. Perfect for the bibliophile or history buff. It will compliment your home or library decor whether rustic, Art Deco, man cave, cabin, farmhouse, or ????
Each is approximately 4.5” tall, 2.5” wide and 1.75” deep

This item came from the estate of a prominent Hollywood photographer.
