Antique Derby Silver Co. Repousse Silverplate Platter with Pastoral Farm Scenes

A stunning piece, with its elaborate repousse design featuring scrolling acanthus leaves and pastoral farm scenes is characteristic of Victorian-era metalwork. Such decorative trays were common in drawing rooms and parlors, serving both functional and aesthetic purposes. This piece was made by the Derby Silver Company which operated between the late 1890s and 1933.

Some scratches and small dents in the flat center of the platter. Please see pictures and ask questions.

Tray is approximately 13” long and 7.5” wide
