Victorian Novelty Milk Glass Easter Egg by Gillinder & Sons

This 100+ years old quaint glass Easter egg was introduced on April 7th, 1901 by Gillinder & Sons. Easter is embossed on a scroll amid flowers on its surface. Most of the paint has worn off, but the beauty of the design is still visible. Its charm makes it perfect for a holiday accent piece, or to display year round, whether your style is shabby chic, farmhouse, country, romantic, Victorian, bohemian, rustic, cottage core, nana chic, or ????

Approximately 2.5” long and 1.75”
No noted chips or cracks.
Point of the egg (where the glass was blown into the mold) has darkened.
