Antique Roly-Poly Celluloid-style Scottie Dog in Bavarian Attire | German Toy

A sweet rolly poly featuring a Scottie Dog dressed in traditional green, yellow, and white German clothing standing on a red, white ball. It is a whimsical piece that would be a perfect home accent or addition to a shadowbox or to your Christmas decor.

Approximately 3.25” tall and 1.25” wide.
Other listings I found online say that this is made of celluloid, but it did not pass the 409 test.
