MCM Hughes Aircraft Company 10K 10-Year Employee Service Lapel Pin, Original Box | OC Tanner

A 10k gold lapel pin from the famed Hughes Aircraft Company founded by Howard Hughes in 1932. The pin is 10K gold-filled or gold-plated metal featuring blue and white enamel alongside a small emerald-green stone. The piece features a 5-point star made out of wings with a white enamel outline of the United States, embossed airplane and an emerald green stone in the center. Around the outer edge is ‘Ten Year, Hughes Aircraft Company.’ A unique piece for the aviation enthusiast or collector.

Made by O.C. Tanner - note in bottom says “O.C. Tanner - I have personally inspected this item. Should any problems arise, please return this ship with the item to our Customer Service Dept. Ruby Chapman”
Pin is in its original clear and light blue plastic box and looks to have never been worn.
Pin is approximately ⅝”wide.
Plastic box is approximately 1.25x1.25.0.75” Wear/tear/scuffs commensurate with age.
